To make this snack, first, take three potatoes and mash them. Now in a pan, add jeera and let it splutter. Then add your mashed potatoes with masalas like red chilli powder, pepper, coriander powder and salt as per taste. Combine and cook. Once done, let it come to room temperature.
Then, prepare the pakoda batter by combining besan, water, a pinch of baking soda, and some salt. Mix well.
