For this recipe, all you need is boneless chicken that is coated with corn flour and five spice powder. It is then stir-fried and cooked with chillies, ginger, garlic, onion and a freshly-made schezwan sauce.
The sauce is made with chicken stock, sugar, soya sauce, vinegar and five spices powder. This recipe also uses Chinese rum/wine but you can choose to skip it.
