First, add boiled chana to a bowl and mash them lightly. To this, add boiled potato, red chilli powder, coriander powder, salt, pepper, ginger-garlic paste, a few lemon drops and combine them well. Prepare a soft dough. Now make roundels from the dough and flatten it out.

Once the kebabs are formed, you can pan fry them or deep fry them as per your liking!
