The easiest food available for quick snacking is chips. Crunchy, flavourful and simply delicious, chips are something that no one can resist biting on, one after another, once a pack is open. Even though it fills our heart with all the saltiness and spiciness, it is always at the back of our mind that these store-bought chips may not be really good for our health. In today's times, when homemade, natural and healthy foods have taken over our kitchens, why should we still compromise for our favourite chips?

Let's make our own chips at home and also decorate them with some Indian spice mix to treat ourselves with a heart-warming snacking experience. Here is spicy Indian chips recipe made with uncooked flour tortillas, which are easily available at grocery stores near us. These tortillas, when fried, turn out to be crispy and crunchy chips. These are smattered with an eccentric spice mix that makes these chips truly delightful. It is a mixed bag of various spices like cumin seeds powder, garam masala, black salt, red chilli powder, mango and powder (amchoor). This amazing mix is rendered more flavourful with a dash of citric acid and some mint leaves.
