The simple curd and water drink is one of the most refreshing and hydrating drinks of all times. Spiced or sweetened, lassi wins us over every time we down a glass of it.

Having a glass of lassi every day is good for your digestion plus it hydrates and keeps you feeling full for a long time. Making chocolate lassi is as easy as making all other kinds of lassi. The sweetness of chocolate coupled with the sourness of curd makes for a superb drink to quench your thirst with.

Chocolate Lassi Recipe -
Serving - 2
2 cups curd
2-3 cups water
2 tbsp cocoa powder (chocolate powder)
4 tbsp sugar (or as per your taste preference)
2 tbsp grated chocolate of your choice
Step 1 - Grind the sugar thoroughly to make fine powdered sugar.
Step 2 - Blend together curd, powdered sugar, water and cocoa powder.
Step 3 - Pour the chocolate lassi in glasses and garnish with chocolate shaving and some more cocoa powder.
There's no way the kids will refuse this lassi brimming with their favourite chocolate flavour. You can also use chocolate syrup in addition to cocoa powder for extra chocolatey drink. To make it sugar-free, you can skip adding sugar or replace it with honey or jaggery. Enjoy this luscious and delicious lassi. Caution - You'll have to make it over and over again.
