This quick and easy snack requires marination. Start by marinating paneer cubes in yoghurt, garam masala, amchur powder, red chilli powder and salt. Keep this aside for 30 minutes. Heat oil in kadhai, and saute the chilli garlic paste, chopped green chillies and chopped garlic. Once the spices are cooked, add the marinated paneer. Fry the marinated paneer cubes in the masalas till they are crisp. The chilli garlic paneer is ready!
