In this recipe, you first need to make bread pakoras using bread slices, mashed potato filling and besan flour. Nagpur-Style Bread Pakora Chaat recipe: How To Make Bread Pakora Chaat
To begin with the recipe, you first need to make potato filling. Take a bowl, add 3-4 boiled potatoes along with spices like cumin powder, black salt, red chilli powder, garam masala and more. Once done, mash the potatoes properly.
Take two slices of bread, fill them with potato and dip in besan batter. Fry until golden to perfection. Now cut the bread pakora in two parts.
