To begin with the recipe, heat ghee in a pan. Once the ghee melts, add sooji (semolina) and sauté until it turns light brown. Then, add gram flour and sauté for 3-4 minutes on high heat, stirring continuously to avoid stickiness. Add saffron and mix.
When the sooji, besan and ghee mixture turn light brown, add milk slowly and keep stirring. Reduce heat, cover and cook for a minute or more.
