This beloved snack is our ultimate go-to food whenever we feel hungry. Chips are light, crispy, deep-fried, and above all - delicious. Chips come in a whole lot of different flavours and you honestly don't think twice before rushing to a shop nearby to buy your favourite flavoured chips. What are your views on the cream and onion flavour? Yes, these chips carry a fine blend of ingredients that pleases your tastebuds. Well, the good news is that now you can make them at home. Don't worry about the recipe and let chef Saransh Goila help you here. He shared the recipe for cream and onion chips on Instagram in the popular ASMR format.
Going by the video shared by celebrity chef Saransh Goila, you first need to peel and slice potatoes. Make sure your slices are paper thin. Soak them in ice for about ten minutes, drain and then boil for just about three minutes. Arrange them in a single layer on a tray lined with parchment paper. Wipe off the excess water and now, double-fry the potato chips. Once this process is done, get ready to make the special seasoning. For this, mix parmesan powder, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley and curry leaves (dried in the microwave for 3 mins and crushed), sugar powder, salt, amchur and milk powder. Sprinkle this sour cream and onion seasoning over the chips and enjoy!
