This cheela is made from a combination of gram flour, oats, ragi, and semolina. How to Make Multigrain Cheela | Multigrain Cheela Recipe
In a mixer jar, combine gram flour, ragi flour, oats, semolina, and curd. Add ginger, chopped green chillies, and blend well by adding a little water to make a smooth batter. Take out the batter in a bowl. If the batter seems thick, then adjust the consistency by adding water to it. Add salt and spices as per taste to the batter. Now, add finely chopped onion, carrot, and capsicum, and mix well.
Next, heat a non-stick pan and spread some oil on it. Take a ladleful of batter and spread it in a circular shape on the griddle. When the cheela is cooked from one side, flip it over and roast it on the other side as well. You can pair this multigrain cheela with mint chutney.
