1. Dahi Puri Chaat
Pani puri is everyone's favourite street food. If you are having guests over, give it a slight twist with the addition of dahi. Also add in some green moong dal to the aloo mixture. Put the aloo mixture in the puris, top with imly chutney, green chutney, curd, boondi, chopped onion, chopped tomatoes and also sev.
2. Banarasi Tamatar Chaat
This ultimate tomato chutney with the additional flavours of khus khus and casshews, along with the usual spices. Also added are delectable mashed potatoes, topped with cumin sugar syrup, garam masala, coriander leaves, chips and lemon juice and enjoy this lip-smacking Banarasi chaat.
3. Matar Kachori Chaat
This kachori is made with a combination of wheat flour and semolina (sooji). Fried and crispy, top the kachoris with spicy matar, beetroot slices, lemon juice, onions and chutney.
4. Kurkuri Aloo Tikki Chaat
Make the stuffing of chana dal for the tikki. Add spices, aloo and also paneer. This crispy aloo tikki will tingle your taste buds. Crush the tikki and top with curd, chutneys and chopped onion and coriander leaves.
5. Papdi Chaat
Make fried papdis with maids and sooji. To serve, decorate the plate with papdis, top with curd, potatoe, onions, bhujia sev, pomegranate and chutneys.
6. Ragda Chaat
This chaat is made with soaked white matar. Make onion tomato mixture, add potatoes and matar. Plate the chaat by placing the chana mixture, top with onions, tomatoes, green chillies and curd.
