This smoked salmon fish with stir-fried veggies is not just low on fat, it also brims with nutrients from different vegetable and the fish itself.
This fish recipe video was shared by Chef Raji Gupta on her YouTube channel 'Beyond Dining Co by Chef Raji'. This recipe is super easy to make and takes hardly any time. The chef used a special pan for cooking the fish, but you can choose to do it in your oven, tandoor or regular grill pan also.
Follow these simple steps to make healthy fish recipe for your weight loss diet:
Step 1 - Take 2 pieces of salmon fillet. Add some black pepper powder and salt. Rub well and pour 2-3 drops of oil over the fish.
Step 2 - Place wood tree chips under the smoking pan. Place salmon fish over it for cooking.
Step 3 - Now prepare the stir-fried veggies. Heat some oil in a pan. Add all the veggies - broccoli, onions, bell peppers, carrots etc. Add some salt and black pepper powder to it. Mix well.
Step 4 - Now check and flip the fish and cook till it browns.
Step 6 - Finally, plate the meal by combining the smoked fish and stir-fried veggies. Sprinkle some chilli oil to round it off.
