We are well into the winter season and it's a good time to revel in the goodness of fresh, seasonal produce around us. Spinach or palak is one of the healthiest green leafy vegetables, which provides us with a lot of iron and potassium, along with other nutrients. It is known to fuel the body with energy and vigour, and hence, should be included in our winter diet.
Spinach kofta curry is an exotic gravy-based dish. Potato is mixed with spinach and dunked and cooked in rich creamy tomato gravy that turns out to be a mouth-watering treat. It goes well with Indian breads like roti, paratha, naan or puri.
