This delicious eggless chocolate cupcake recipe by Deeba Rajpal, shared by her on her YouTube channel 'Passionate About Baking' spells indulgence. Moist and fresh cupcakes teamed with the goodness of molten chocolate, is a treat we are always up for. The recipe also uses some healthy ingredients like whole wheat flour, instead of maida. Whole wheat flour packs more fibre and is thus better for those on a diet. Other than that, you just need other baking essentials like baking powder, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. For the wet mix, Deeba uses brown sugar, melted ghee, vanilla extract, white vinegar, and Greek yogurt, which helps bind the ingredients together. It must be noted that a lot of these ingredients are dubbed as 'superfoods'- that are packed with antioxidants and vital nutrients. You may feel it is rather peculiar to add ghee in baking, but it is in fact a better and healthier fat than butter. In the end, you have to mix the wet and dry mix together. Pour it in the baking moulds and allow them to bake. Here is the recipe video of the delicious chocolate cupcake. Do let us know how you liked it.
