Take mashed boiled potatoes, add black pepper powder, salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder and chaat masala. Mix this masala well and keep it aside. Prepare a maida slurry using flour and water. Cut a slice of bread in half, dip the pieces in the maida slurry, shallow fry the soaked bread till it is crisp.
