There is no denying the fact that radish is one if the healthiest vegetables we know of. The root vegetable is a treasure of antioxidants and minerals which makes it an excellent addition to any healthy diet. Radish, much like carrot, is one of the few vegetables that is also enjoyed in its raw form, simply because of its dense nutritive profile. Even while having it raw, you can experiment with these veggies in a plethora of ways. Take for instance, this 'Mooli Ka Laccha' - a traditional recipe extremely popular in parts of both Uttar Pradesh and Bihar. It can be had as a snack or salad - it is also a popular street food in Bihar. The dish is often referred to as 'Mooli ka kass' and 'Mooli Ki Kees' in many parts of North India.
