Kachori is one of the most popular snacks in India. It is crispy, delectable and leaves you craving for more. What we love the most is the variety we get in a kachori recipe. There is khasta kachori, peyaj kachori, dal kachori and more. Then we also have a sweeter version of it called mithi kachori. If you explore in depth, you will further find kachoris that are unique to each region. There's pyaz ki kachori in Rajasthan, while Uttar Pradesh is known for khasta kachori. In Maharashtra, you will find sweet kachori that is made with dates, coconut and more.
You can also go as creative as you want with a classic kachori recipe. There's palak kachori, baked kachori and more.
