In this paneer sabzi recipe posted by food vlogger Manjula Jain, on her YouTube channel 'Manjula's Kitchen', the paneer is first grilled and then cooked with tomatoes and capsicum. The grilled paneer fills up the dish with its smoky flavour and aroma. You can pair this paneer tomato curry with roti, rice, paratha, poori, naan or other Indian breads.
Here's The Step-By-Step Recipe Of Paneer Tomato Curry:
1- Heat oil in a pan, and sear the paneer pieces, and grill them from one side till they are golden brown. Keep aside.
Step 2 - In the same pan, add more oil and stir fry cumin seeds, asafoetida and sliced ginger.
Step 3 - Then add capsicum and stir fry them for 30 seconds. Season it with coriander powder, turmeric powder and red chilli powder.
Step 4 - Add tomatoes, along with some salt and a dash of sugar. Cook till tomatoes wilt.
Step 5 - Add paneer, mix well and cook for another 5 minutes. Add garam masala before serving.
