While North Indians know it as gol gappa, it is also known as pani puri, puchka, gupchup, pani ke patashe. It seems like Padma Lakshmi is a big fan of pani puri, the way she is enjoying making each pani puri and eating them makes us want to get our hands on some of these tasty treats.
