How To Make Gajar Ka Achar | Gajar Ka Achar Recipe:
Step 1. Add mustard seeds, fennel seeds, coriander seeds, black peppercorn, cumin seeds and methi seeds in a pan.
Step 2. Roast everything for a while and grind.
Step 3. Heat mustard oil in a pan and add carrots and green chillies to it.
Step 4. Cook for a while and add the achar masala to it.
Step 5. Add salt, amchoor powder, haldi and red chilli powder to it. Mix everything well.
Step 6. Keep it out in the sun for one to two days.
