Anupam Kher's gastronomic adventures always manage to leave us hungry. During his travels across the country and the world, the actor visits some of the best restaurants, and shares glimpses of his drool-worthy indulgences with the Instagram family. For his recent foodie outing in Mumbai, he was accompanied by a friend, as well as his son. In a video, shared on Instagram Stories, Anupam Kher first questions the little champ about the food. “How was your dinner,” the actor said. To this, the boy – showing a thumbs up and a wide beaming smile – said “good.” Next, Anupam Kher pans the camera to the child's father and his good friend, who was busy relishing his meal: a bowl of dal, some gravy dish and freshly made bread. Anupam Kher also had a similar dish, however, the gravy was replaced by a plateful of what looked like crispy fried beans and okra.
For the caption, Anupam Kher tagged the restaurant and added a bunch of hearts and hands-up emojis. In another post, he thanked the chef for the delicious experience. Take a look at the stories.

Anupam Kher and his food expeditions with his group of friends always have our attention. Remember when he had “thali ke maze” with his gang on a regular Sunday? The thali included an array of gravy dishes like paneer (cottage cheese), some dal, and potato among other things. Anupam Kher is a big-time foodie, and looks like his directors know it pretty well. The actor once shared a video of filmmaker Anurag Basu making a crispy dosa for him. Anurag Basu first spread the batter on the griddle. Next, he added a small piece of butter, then cracked open an egg on the dosa. After spreading the egg, the director added some salt, chopped onions, tomatoes, and green chillies. Watch the full video here.
On the work front, Anurag Basu has collaborated with Anupam Kher for his upcoming project 'Metro…In Dino'. The film also stars Neena Gupta, Sara Ali Khan, Aditya Roy Kapur, Pankaj Tripathi, Ali Fazal among others.
