With soaring temperatures, dry winds and scorching heat - summers are indeed tough to survive. Luckily, we have an array of summer foods to keep us hydrated and nourished even during the hot summer months. And what better way to survive the hot weather than with some good food and drinks? Actress Sonam Kapoor and Anand Ahuja were in London when they took the opportunity to host a special summer dinner. Made with seasonal ingredients, the wonderful soiree was exclusively for family and close friends.

Among the invitees were Sonam Kapoor's sister, Rhea Kapoor and brother-in-law Karan Boolani. Actress Bhumi Pednekar, who is also currently on vacation in London also was invited to Sonam Kapoor's soiree. Being a huge food-lover herself, Sonam Kapoor left no stone unturned to cater to her guests. In the delicious food menu, there was Peach and Cucumber Gazpacho followed by Heirloom Tomato Galette. In the mains, there was a Panzanella Salad made with grilled asparagus, fresh peas, ricotta and fine herbs. Sonam Kapoor also kept some non-vegetarian options like sea bass with sauce and basil, crispy Jersey royals and confit shallots, and Cavatelli with olives, capers and lemon. Bhumi Pednekar too appreciated the lavish summer dinner hosted by Sonam Kapoor. Posting a story on Instagram, she wrote a heartfelt message about the delicious food and company in London. "The food. Thank you for such a fun night. Padamsee feels in London," read the caption. Take a look:
