It is always great to get together with a big group of friends and enjoy a delicious meal together. It becomes only more special when you get to have fun with those you haven't met for ages. Several Bollywood celebrities recently spent a "memorable evening of shared laughs and joy" together at a Mumbai restaurant. Their pictures were full of smiling faces and reminded us of fun times with our own gang! The award-winning Indian Accent is set to open its Mumbai outlet soon and hosted an exclusive tasting event last night. Apart from industry experts and chefs, in attendance were Shabana Azmi, Vidya Balan, Konkona Sensharma, Karisma Kapoor, Richa Chadha, Shahana Goswami, Divya Dutta, Sandhya Mridul, Tannishtha Chatterjee and Tanvi Azmi.

This Bollywood 'girl gang' feasted on some delectable delicacies and also posed for pictures together at the event. Dia Mirza shared 2 of these photos and captioned them, "Celebrating the spirit our tribe embodies. Another memorable evening of shared laughs and joy! Love each of you." She also thanked Shabana Azmi for "always bringing us together." Take a look below:
Shabana Azmi's post featured the group around a long table in the restaurant, saluting to the camera. In the caption she wrote, "What's the salute for I have no idea! But it was the best night ever with fine dining of the supreme kind at #Rohit Khattar's newly opened #Indian Accent at #NMACC. Rush there now for the best food in town."

Shabana Azmi gave us yet another fun glimpse into the evening. She shared a short Instagram reel of the group trying to take a photo outside the restaurant. Their attempts led to much laughter. Watch the video below:
In March 2023, Delhi's Indian Accent was ranked 19th among Asia's 50 Best Restaurants. Before this, for seven consecutive years from 2015 to 2021, it had been declared the best restaurant in India, by the same list. Indian Accent is helmed by Rohit Khattar and Chef Manish Mehrotra. It is set to make its Mumbai debut at the Nita Mukesh Ambani Cultural Centre (NMACC) in BKC.
