But along with ensuring you eat healthily, you are allowed to give yourself one day to indulge in some delicious and decadent dishes. A cheat meal is necessary to keep food cravings at bay. And it looks like actress Tamannaah Bhatia has figured out a much-needed hack on how to remain healthy even after a cheat meal.
Tamannaah Bhatia was literally all of us when she relished a slice of yummy cake and a hot beverage. The actress shared a picture on Instagram along with the caption, “Dessert for breakfast” along with a cake and coffee emoji.
Of course, the actress had to compensate for the sinful cheat meal with the perfect detox drink. And it is made using water, cinnamon and lemon. She also used the hashtag #Alkalise with the photo. Take a look:
