The trend of food fusion has taken the Internet by storm. Whether it is corn coffee, ice-cream biryani, doodh cola, or egg pani puri, countless daring food experiments have left us amazed. The latest addition to this list? A sandwich made with the desi winter dessert, gajar ka halwa. Yes, you read that right. A video making rounds on the Internet shows the making of this unusual creation. The video begins with a man purchasing a gajar ka halwa from a street vendor for Rs 50. He then takes the dessert to another vendor, who makes a sandwich out of it. The vendor takes two pieces of bread. He spreads gajar ka halwa evenly on one slice using a spoon. On the other slice, he adds butter. The slices are then sandwiched together and toasted. Before serving, the person cuts it into four pieces and top it with malai and condensed milk. And voila, the gajar ka halwa sandwich is ready to be served.
