McDonald's makes it to the headlines every now and then, that too for various reasons. At times, you will find the brand grabbing attention with its new launches; we also come across viral news about incidents at McDonald's outlet. One such news recently took the internet by storm; but yes, for all the right reasons. As per a report in ANI, a woman named Alandria Worthy gave birth to her child, while she stopped at a McDonald's outlet. You heard us.
The report further says the woman was on her way to the hospital with her fiancé. It is when she stopped at McDonald's outlet to go to the washroom. As per People Magazine, Worthy stated that her water broke in the bathroom and that's when the general manager at the outlet came forward to help her with the delivery. "I thought they were joking..."she said. And in fifteen minutes, she gave birth to a baby girl.

The story doesn't end here. To make the birth incident memorable, the employees at the outlet named Worthy's daughter after a dish at the fast-food joint. That's right. The girl, Nandi Ariyah Moremi Philips, was nicknamed 'Little Nugget' by the McDonald's employees present there.
"My parents loved the name, too. We were like, 'Okay, it fits her. My little nugget.'" Worthy's fiancé stated, as per reports. Speaking about the experience, the new mommy said, "It was an experience because it happened so fast".
