Ingredients of Paapdi Chaat
- 200 gms maida
- 2 tbsp sooji
- 1 tbsp ajwain
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup urad dal paste
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 potatoes, boiled
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 cup mixed chana
- 1/2 tsp black salt
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Cumin powder
- Chaat Masala
- 1 tsp meethi chutney
- 1 tsp khatti chutney
- Pomegranate
- Sev
