- 4-5 Mashed Potatoes
- 2 tbsp Cabbage (Grated)
- 2 tbsp Carrot (Grated)
- 2 tbsp Capsicum (Grated)
- 2 tbsp Onion (Finely Chopped)
- 2-3 Green Chillies (Chopped)
- 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves (Chopped)
- Salt To Taste
- 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
- 1 tsp Roasted Jeera Powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- Oil To Fry
- 3 tbsp Bread Crumbs

To prepare this recipe, take a large container, add mashed potatoes along with grated veggies like beetroot, cabbage, carrot, capsicum and chopped coriander and green chillies. Mix everything well with the potato masher.
Now roast besan and maida for 3-4 minutes in a pan.
Add roasted besan and maida and bread crumbs in the mashed potato mixture. Add all the dry ingredients (masalas) mentioned in the ingredients list.
Mix again. Now, take a small portion from the mixture, round it like bondas and insert a tandoori stick or thick straw in the between the bonds and shape them accordingly.
Once shaped, take out the stick and repeat the same process.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the kebabs until brown.
Serve these aloo ke gola kebabs hot, with some ketchup or mint chutney by the side.
