Ingredients of Ambedi Mahi Tikka

  • 800 gm (40 gm x 5 pcs) fish Sole cubes
  • 50 gm cream
  • 200 gm yogurt
  • 5 gm green chilli
  • 15 gm ginger
  • 25 gm coriander paste
  • 3 gm kasoori methi / fenugreek seeds
  • 1 gm salt
  • 2 gm butter
  • 100 gm raw mango
  • 3 gm black pepper
  • 8 gm amchoor powder / raw mango powder
  • 25 ml refined oil
  • 3 gm jeera powder
  • 3 gm garam masala
  • 5 gm garlic
  • 25 gm mint chutney
  • Banana leaf

How to Make Ambedi Mahi Tikka

  • 1.Wash the fish and squeeze the excess moisture.
  • 2.Marinate the fish with ginger, garlic paste and salt.
  • 3.Take yoghurt in a mixing bowl, add raw mango paste and all powdered spices and mix it well.
  • 4.Check the marination seasoning and put the first batch of fish in the marination.
  • 5.Keep the fish for 6 hours with the marination.
  • 6.Take skewers and put the fish in the skewers and cook in the tandoor till tender.
  • 7.At the end season it with chat masala and lemon juice.
  • 8.Serve hot with freshly made mint chutney.
