Ingredients of Ambedi Mahi Tikka
- 800 gm (40 gm x 5 pcs) fish Sole cubes
- 50 gm cream
- 200 gm yogurt
- 5 gm green chilli
- 15 gm ginger
- 25 gm coriander paste
- 3 gm kasoori methi / fenugreek seeds
- 1 gm salt
- 2 gm butter
- 100 gm raw mango
- 3 gm black pepper
- 8 gm amchoor powder / raw mango powder
- 25 ml refined oil
- 3 gm jeera powder
- 3 gm garam masala
- 5 gm garlic
- 25 gm mint chutney
- Banana leaf
How to Make Ambedi Mahi Tikka

Wash the fish and squeeze the excess moisture.

Marinate the fish with ginger, garlic paste and salt.

Take yoghurt in a mixing bowl, add raw mango paste and all powdered spices and mix it well.

Check the marination seasoning and put the first batch of fish in the marination.
5.
Keep the fish for 6 hours with the marination.

Take skewers and put the fish in the skewers and cook in the tandoor till tender.
7.
At the end season it with chat masala and lemon juice.
8.
Serve hot with freshly made mint chutney.
