Ingredients of Baklawa

  • 80 pcs filo sheet
  • 600 gms pistachio
  • 1 kg clarified butter
  • 1 kg sugar
  • 400 ml water

How to Make Baklawa

  • 1.Layer the Filo sheet on the baking tray.
  • 2.Spread the crushed pistachio and brush the sheet with clarified butter. Repeat this process 3 times and your tray will be ready.
  • 3.Cut the baklava in a desired shape as you want and keep it in a preheated oven at 130 degrees for two hours.
  • 4.Once baking is done, spread sugar syrup over it and serve it with pistachio on top. Serve Hot.
