How to Make Banjari Gosht
1.Heat oil, add sliced onions and saute till they turn brown.
2.Then add ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric, coriander powder.
3.Add yogurt and mutton.
4.Add coriander seeds and allow them to cook.
5.Garnish with pounded coriander seeds and whole red chillies.
