This festive season you know what to do with those never ending mithais on your table. Make a parantha out of it.

Ingredients of Barfi Paratha

  • 7-8 pieces, khoya barfi
  • Kneaded dough (atta)
  • A pinch, elaichi powder
  • Ghee, to cook the paranthas

How to Make Barfi Paratha

  • 1.Mash the barfi and mix in it the elaichi powder.
  • 2.Roll out the atta like a roti, just thicker.
  • 3.In the middle place 1 Tbsp barfi mixture.
  • 4.Fold the roti from all the sides making it look like a dumpling.
  • 5.Roll it into a flat round and cook from both sides on the griddle / tawa till little brown spots appear.
  • 6.Once that is achieved, smear desi ghee and cook till golden color is achieved on both sides.
