Ingredients of Bharwan Golgappa Chaat

  • 5-6 Sooji Golgappas
  • 1/2 cup Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Mint Chutney
  • 1 tbsp Tamarind Chutney
  • 1 tbsp Sev
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Onion
  • 1 tbsp Chopped Leaves
  • 1 tsp Jeera Powder
  • to taste Black Salt
  • 1/4 cup Boiled Chana

Take a plate full of golgappas, stuff it with boiled potatoes and chana.

Pour yogurt all over the golgappas and then drizzle mint and tamarind chutney.

The next step is to sprinkle black salt, jeera water, chat masala, sev, onion and some chopped coriander leaves.
