How to Make Chicken Momos
1.Grind all the above ingredients in a blender until it attains a granular consistency paste.
2.On a chopping board, sprinkle some water so that the board is a bit damp, now lay down the wonton coverings one by one and put small teaspoon of the above paste on all individually.
3.Close each covering in a round or semi circle shape as you like.
4.Spray a little bit of cooking oil on the steamer's surface and lay down the dumplings.
5.Allow it to steam for 7-10 minutes.
Serve it with chilli oil or chilli sauce as you like.
