Ingredients of Chicken Mushroom Masala

  • 500 Gram Chicken
  • 250 gram Mushroom
  • 2 large Onion
  • 2 large Tomato Puree
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp Jeera Powder
  • 2 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
  • 1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
  • to taste Salt
  • 2-3 tbsp Oil
  • 1 Bay Leaf
  • 2 Cardamom (small)
  • 4-5 Black Pepper
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves

How to Make Chicken Mushroom Masala

To begin with the recipe, first, heat 2-3 tablespoons of oil in a pan. Add chicken to it and fry it for few seconds.

Add all the whole spices and ginger garlic paste and fry the chicken with them.

Add onion and fry it along with chicken. After some time add green chilli tomato puree and cook it.

Add red chili, coriander powder, turmeric, cumin powder and salt and mix well.

Put the mushrooms in the chicken and cook for some time, mixing it well with the spices. Then put the lid on and cook this for five minutes. Lastly, sprinkle garam masala and mix.
6.
Take out in a serving bowl, garnish with green coriander and serve with naan or roti.
