Ingredients of Chilli Garlic Paste
- 20-25 whole dried (Kashmiri) red chillies
- 12 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp oil
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- Salt to taste

Soak the red chillies in hot water for around half an hour.
Drain the red chillies and add them to a grinder. Add the garlic cloves, vinegar, sugar and salt. Blend to make a smooth paste.
In a bowl, mix the paste along with around 1 teaspoon of oil as required. Stir to combine.
Your chilli garlic sauce is ready. Enjoy immediately or store it in an airtight container in the refrigerator, for future use.
