- Ingredients for Vanilla Ice cream
- 400 gram Cream
- 100 ml Milk
- 3 nos Yolk
- 45 gram Glucose
- 1 nos Vanilla Beans
- 80 gram Castor Sugar
- 25 gram Milk Powder

For Vanilla Ice-cream
Pour milk, cream, glucose, milk powder, and sugar into a saucepan. Cut vanilla beans in half lengthwise; scrape the seeds into the mixture.
Heat the milk mixture over medium heat until steaming.
Whisk egg yolks in a medium bowl. Gradually pour in the hot mixture, whisk until blended.
Let this mixture cool for about 10 minutes.
Then, pour this mixture into the ice cream machine to churn for 45 mins.
Keep it in the deep freezer for an hour or more.
Serve it as a dessert.
For Chocolate brownie sundae
Scoop prepared ice cream into sundae glasses.
Top with chocolate chips brownie and cookie crumbs.
Finish the sundae with whipped cream and chocolate sauce and walnut.
