A dip made with the refreshing and pleasing flavors of coriander, avocado, parsley, yogurt and lemon juice.

Ingredients of Coriander Relish

  • 2-3 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 1 shallot, chopped
  • 1 avocado, chopped
  • 1 bunch chopped parsley
  • 125 gm bunch coriander, chopped
  • 75 ml olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp plain natural yogurt
  • 3 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch fine sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

How to Make Coriander Relish

1.Place the garlic, shallot, avocado, parsley, coriander, olive oil, yogurt and lemon juice in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
2.Season with sea salt and freshly ground pepper.
