Ingredients of Daab Chingri
- 300 gms SHRIMPS
- 1 TENDER COCONUT
- 100 gram ONION CHOPPED
- 30 gram GARLIC
- 1 GREEN CHILLI
- 30 gram MUSTARD PASTE
- 40 ml MUSTARD OIL
- 5 gram PANCH PHORON
- 1 PINCH TURMERIC POWDER
- SALT TO TASTE
How to Make Daab Chingri

Take tender coconut scrape flesh properly , make smooth paste using coconut water .

Heat mustard oil in a pan add panch phoron and let it crackle.

Now add onion, garlic fry then add mustard paste green chilli , turmeric ,salt.

Mix well add shrimps pour the curry inside coconut and seal with the lid , cooked for 30 mins, serve with steam rice .
