How to Make Date Biscuit Roll
1.1. Melt butter in a pan.
2.2. Stir in sugar. Add dates. Cook for five minutes stirring continuously.
3.3. Remove from flame and beat in egg, followed by biscuits. Shape into a roll.
4.4. Wrap in foil and chill overnight. Blanch orange rind in boiling water for fifteen seconds.
5.5. Dry and dip in melted chocolate. Allow it to set.
6.6. Slice date roll and serve with ice cream, chocolate strips, mint sprigs and orange segments.
