Ingredients of Fresh Chicken Stock

  • 1/2 kilo of chicken bones
  • 1 1/2 litres of water
  • 1 large bay leaf
  • 1 onion quartered
  • 1 carrot, halved
  • 10 whole black peppercorns
  • Salt

How to Make Fresh Chicken Stock

  • 1.Put in a pressure cooker till the chicken is cooked.
  • 2.Then let it sit for at least half in hour.
  • 3.Drain the chicken and all else, and you have fresh homemade stock.
