How to Make Fruits in Red Wine
1.Place all the syrup ingredients in a pan and cook until the sugar dissolves.
2.Sharpen with lemon juice and strain peel, de-seed and cut fruits into chunks.
3.Soak the fruits in the syrup and chill.
4.Mix all the topping ingredients and whisk.
5.Serve the salad chilled with a thick layer of topping.
