About Gola Roti Recipe: A Bengali-style savoury pancake full with goodness of egg, flavourful spices and crispy veggies.

Ingredients of Gola Roti

  • 1 Cup maida
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 2 tbsp onion, finely chopped
  • 2 green chillies, chopped
  • 1 tbsp tomato, chopped
  • 1-2 coriander leaves, chopped
  • Salt (as per taste)
  • Sugar (as per taste)
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • water (as per taste)
  • Oil/butter

How to Make Gola Roti

  • 1.Take maida, egg, salt, sugar and black pepper powder in a mixing bowl and mix everything together.
  • 2.Add the veggies and water slowly to the bowl and make a batter of thin consistency (not runny).
  • 3.Now heat a pan with oil or butter and add a ladleful of batter and spread.
  • 4.Cook both the sides well on medium flame. Serve hot with ketchup.
