Ingredients of Green Masala
- 3/4 cup coriander leaves- chopped
- 2-3 green chillies- chopped
- 2 tsp ginger- chopped
- 6 peppercorn
- 6 cloves
- 1/4 cinnamon- powdered
- 1 Tbsp rock salt
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
How to Make Green Masala

Grind together all the ingredients and refrigerate it.

Use it to marinate boiled potatoes or paneer, after which they can be either grilled or fried.

You can also cook the masala over low flame, with a little water and grated coconut added to it.
