A crispy and flavourful base made of feuillantine, milk chocolate and praline paste, topped with a delicious chocolate ganache layer and glaze. This heaven bar recipe will truly transport you to a chocolate heaven.

Ingredients of Heaven Bar

  • For the Ganache:
  • 500g Milk Chocolate
  • 250g Fresh Cream
  • 250g Whip Cream
  • For the Base:
  • 200g Feuillantine
  • 480g Milk Chocolate
  • 800g Praline Paste
  • For the Glaze:
  • 500g Milk Chocolate
  • 100ml Sun Flower Oil

How to Make Heaven Bar

Make a base: Melt milk chocolate and temper it, mix it in the praline paste and add feuillantine to it. Arrange the mix in a tray or desired mould to form a base of the bar.

Ganache: Make a milk chocolate ganache by heating the fresh cream and pouring it over the milk chocolate and mix it with the help of whisk.

Fold whipped cream in the ganache and spread it over the feuillantine base. Let it set in walk in chiller overnight.

Glaze: Melt milk chocolate and add sunflower oil to it. Bring the mixture to 35 C. Dip the heaven bar in it. Let it set.
5.
Serve it at room temperature.
