Honey chilli paneer is a delicious variation of our favourite honey chilli potato. This dish soothes the foodie heart with its sweet and spicy flavours.

Ingredients of Honey Chilli Paneer
- 2 tsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Red chilli flakes
- 250 gram Paneer
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 2 Onions
- 2 Green capsicums
- Salt to taste
- 5-6 Garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 tsp Ginger paste
- Cornflour/ corn starch mixed with 4 tbsps water 3 tablespoons
- 2 tsp Vinegar
How to Make Honey Chilli PaneerHideShow Media
Cut capsicum into thick strips and onion into thick slices.
Heat oil in a non-stick wok. Cut paneer into thick rectangles.
Add onion, capsicum and salt to the wok and sauté, tossing, for 2-3 minutes. Transfer into a bowl.
Heat oil in the same wok, add garlic and ginger paste and sauté. Add sweet chilli sauce, chilli paste and salt and mix. Add ½ cup water and mix. Add cornflour mixture and mix and cook till the sauce thickens slightly.
Add paneer pieces and mix gently. Add chilli flakes and 1 tbsp honey and mix. Add vinegar and mix again. Add salt and mix. Add the sautéed onions and capsicum.
Top with Honey Chilli Paneer. Drizzle remaining honey over it and serve immediately.
