Ingredients of Kadai Chicken Kebab Curry
- 500 Gram Minced chicken
- 1/4 cup Curd
- 2 Grated Onions
- 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tbsp Crushed coriander seeds
- 2 Red chillies
- 1/2 tbsp Cumin Seeds
- to taste Salt
- to taste Red chilli powder
- 1 tsp Garam masala powder
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp Kasuri methi
- For garnishing Coriander leaves
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
How to Make Kadai Chicken Kebab Curry

Combine minced chicken with salt, red chilli powder, half tbsp ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice and turmeric powder. Let the mixture rest for about one hour.

Add some rice flour and make kebabs. Fry them in hot oil. Keep aside.

Saute onion in a pan till cooked, add half tbsp ginger-garlic paste.

Grind coriander seeds, whole red chillies and cumin seeds. Add the powder along with salt and saute well.

Add curd and cook for 2 minutes. Add some water and boil for 5 minutes.

Add kasuri methi and garam masala powder. Toss in the kebabs. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
