This recipe just replaces chicken pieces with pre-fried kebabs and gives us something new to please our taste buds and appetite.

Ingredients of Kadai Chicken Kebab Curry

  • 500 Gram Minced chicken
  • 1/4 cup Curd
  • 2 Grated Onions
  • 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Crushed coriander seeds
  • 2 Red chillies
  • 1/2 tbsp Cumin Seeds
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Kasuri methi
  • For garnishing Coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon juice

How to Make Kadai Chicken Kebab Curry

  • 1.Combine minced chicken with salt, red chilli powder, half tbsp ginger-garlic paste, lemon juice and turmeric powder. Let the mixture rest for about one hour.
  • 2.Add some rice flour and make kebabs. Fry them in hot oil. Keep aside.
  • 3.Saute onion in a pan till cooked, add half tbsp ginger-garlic paste.
  • 4.Grind coriander seeds, whole red chillies and cumin seeds. Add the powder along with salt and saute well.
  • 5.Add curd and cook for 2 minutes. Add some water and boil for 5 minutes.
  • 6.Add kasuri methi and garam masala powder. Toss in the kebabs. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
