A delicious concoction of two most healthy vegetables, carrot and beetroot, along with a tasty blend of spices, Kanjioska takes on a different version of the Holi special Kanji drink. You won't be able to resist this spicy and tangy drink!

Ingredients of Kanjioska drink

  • 4 Large Carrot
  • 1 Medium Beetroot
  • 3 Tbsp Salt
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp Red chilli powder (coarse)
  • 4 Tbsp Mustard powder (coarse)

How to Make Kanjioska drink

  • 1.Scrub carrots and beetroot and wash. Peel and cut slices.
  • 2.Take carrot and beetroot in a bowl. Add salt, red chilli powder, mustard powder and mix. Add eighteen cups of water and stir.
  • 3.Cover the bowl with a muslin cloth and tie it round the rim.
  • 4.Let it stand in the sun for three to four days. More the merrier.
  • 5.When ready chill & add 60ml vodka with pink salt and chunks of lemons , mint juleps & ginger, pour on a bed of crushed ice sliced carrots and beetroot.
