Ingredients of Keema Ghotala

  • 250 gms chicken keema (mince)
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 big tomato, pureed
  • 1 tomato
  • 4 green chillies, melted
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 garam masala powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric (haldi) powder
  • 1 fennel (saunf) powder
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves, finely chopped
  • 1 cup coriander leaves, finely chopped
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 2-3 eggs, whipped

How to Make Keema Ghotala

Wash and drain the mince. Keep aside.

Heat oil in a kadhai and add the bay leaves, ginger garlic paste, onion, and green chillies. Saute lightly.

Once the onion becomes translucent, add the mince and mix. Keep stirring for 5-10 minutes on medium flame.

As the mince dries up, add salt along with the rest of the masalas mentioned above.

Add the tomato puree and then half cup of warm water. Cover the vessel, turn the heat to low and let it cook for 5 minutes.

Add the lemon juice, coriander, mint, spring onion and chopped tomatoes. Next, add the beaten eggs.

Mix thoroughly with a spatula until the eggs are cooked and scrambled. Serve hot with pav, roti or any other bread.
