Ingredients of Keema Pattice

  • 300 gms minced mutton (cooked)
  • 1 ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 small onions, chopped
  • 2 green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • 1/2 tsp haldi
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp jeera powder
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp coriander seed powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil, for frying

How to Make Keema Pattice

First, add the minced mutton to a cooker and add oil, garlic, and haldi. Cook it for 3 to 4 whistles.
Once done, transfer to a bowl and add chopped onions, green chillies, and coriander leaves. Mix well.
Next, add garam masala, red chilli powder, jeera powder, coriander seed powder, salt, and cornflour. Combine everything together and form a soft dough.
Now, make equal-sized tikkis of the mixture and dip them in a bowl of beaten eggs. Coat them with breadcrumbs.
Heat a tawa and add some oil to it. Place the prepared tikkis and shallow fry them until they turn golden brown and crispy. Serve hot and enjoy!
